Rural Carrier from oh to va, tn, co or nc

Looking to transfer to va, tn, co or nc. Carrier backed out of transfer to va. I am in Bowling Green Oh. We have 8 routes 1k, 6j and 1h. the h and 1j have llv’s and another j is to receive one around june. Please help we were ready to schedule moving truck when she backed out. Thanks!
